This pewter charm has a heart and next to the heart it says: To cheer, and there is a megaphone. The charm is just over ½ an inch long. The charm is made in the USA of pewter. It is then sterling plated, and then they are lightly antiqued to show the detail. The finish is both beautiful and permanent.
